Poster and paper presentation guidelines

GUIDELINES FOR RESEARCH PAPER PRESENTATION

1. Paper presentation should be in form of power point presentation.
2. The paper should be presented in a total of up to 12 slides
3. Please try to keep text to maximum of 6 to 8 lines per slide
4. Please use Arial/Calibri font with a size of at least 24.
5. The title should be clear and same as submitted in the abstract. The name of presenter should be underlined.
6. The original research article should be prepared under the heading of introduction, aims, methodology, result, discussion and conclusion
7. The graphs, charts and images should be clear and readable.
8. References should be incorporated in the end of the presentation.
9. Time for presentation is 5 mins with additional 2 mins for questions & answers.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

1. Poster presentation should be e poster.
2. The poster of standard 16:9 widescreen format.
3. Please use Arial/Calibri font with a size of at least 24.
4. The title should be clear and same as submitted in the abstract. The name of presenter should be underlined.
5. The case report should be prepared under the heading of introduction, case report, discussion and conclusion.
6. The graphs/charts/images should be clear and readable.
7. References should be incorporated in the end of the presentation.
8. Time for presentation is 5 mins with additional 2 mins for questions & answers
